Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Lumen Nest Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
