Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Stonegate Haven Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Atlanta. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
