Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Nest Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
