Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Highbridge Maple Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
