Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Northwind Wilder Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
