Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Nest Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
