Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Redstone Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Raleigh area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Families are partners. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
