Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Stonegate Willow Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
