Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Willow Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
