Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Cedar Union Care Services provides in-home and community support in Columbus. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for client records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
