Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Ironwood North Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
