Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Greenridge Loom Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
