Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Nova Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Nashville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
