Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Cedar Iron Housing Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
