Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Summit Loom Property Management manages apartment communities around Virginia Beach, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
