Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Lumen Iron Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
