Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Summit Willow Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tulsa area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
