Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Kestrel Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
