Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 530 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
