Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Property Management is a Dallas property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
