Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management is a Las Vegas property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
