Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Harborlight Ridge Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Kansas City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 392 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
