Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Highbridge Works is a Milwaukee property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
