Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Harborlight Rook Property Management manages apartment communities around San Antonio. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
