Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Westbrook Loom Property Management manages apartment communities around El Paso. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
