Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Bright Ridge Property Management is a Salt Lake City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
