Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Charlotte caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
