Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Willow Learning Group Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
