Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Maple Housing Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
