Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Nova Meadow Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
