Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Charleston. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
