Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Ironwood Health is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
