Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Cedar Nest Community Partners Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
