Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Cedar Vista Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Dallas area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
