Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning runs childcare centres in St. Louis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
