Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Harborlight Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Colorado Springs, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
