Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meadow Housing Associates and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
