Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Community Partners runs community programmes across Raleigh. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
