Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Redstone Rook Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
