Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Redstone Willow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Chicago, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
