Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Greenridge Iron Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Des Moines, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
