Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Rivermark Willow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Madison caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
