Case Manager - intake and assessment (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Iron Community Partners is a nonprofit in Raleigh supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
