Silverline Ridge Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
