Case Manager - intake and assessment (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Orchard Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Raleigh, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
