Case Manager - intake and assessment (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Loom Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Raleigh. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
