Case Manager - intake and assessment (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Ashton Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Providence. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
