Case Manager - intake and assessment (Providence, RI)

Summit Mill Civic Services supports public agencies in Providence with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
