Case Manager - intake and assessment (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Providence. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Providence. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
