Case Manager - intake and assessment (Portland, OR)

Bright Glen Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
